A donation to the organization ECPAT-USA via this website is a tax deductible donation which will be used to fund the fight against child sex trafficking. If you have made an error in making your donation or change your mind about contributing to ECPAT-USA, we will honor your request for a refund made within 5 business days of your donation. Any donation made using a credit card or bank account fraudulently will be refunded.
If you purchased a physical product, such as a Tassatag, and you are dissatisfied with your purchase please send it back to us for a refund. The item must still be in new and unused condition to be accepted as a return. Items returned to us with a postmark within 14 days of purchase will be refunded the full purchase price of the item and the shipping costs.
Items returned to us with a postmark dated within 30 days of purchase will be refunded for the entire purchase price of the item, but not the shipping costs associated with the purchase. Items returned in used or soiled condition or postmarked after 30 days will be returned to sender and will be additionally charged for any return postage.
Refunds are returned using the original method of payment. If you made your donation by credit card, your refund will be credited to that same credit card.
